Important: With your permission, Ayumi reads health information from Apple Health / HealthKit, specifically step count data. If permission is not granted, is revoked, or your device has not recorded steps, crystal growth, step statistics, and related reminders may not update normally.

Frequently Asked Questions

HealthKit step count is not updating

Please check that:

If you previously denied permission, you can grant access again in iOS Settings or the Health app.

Crystal growth progress is not changing

Crystal growth depends on HealthKit step count access. If permission is disabled, your device has not recorded steps, or step syncing is delayed, progress may not update immediately.

How to turn off notifications

You can turn off daily fortune notifications or growth reminders in Ayumi settings. You can also disable Ayumi notifications in iOS system settings.

How to delete local data

For the current version, core data is stored locally on your device by default. Deleting Ayumi usually removes most local data stored in the app sandbox on that device. Share cards saved to your photo library need to be deleted manually in the Photos app.

How to report a privacy or data issue

Please email contact@voispark.com and describe the issue. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not relevant to your request.
